Studding in Ayuskama was a wonderful experience, not only because of learning academic and practice of Ayurveda principals, but also for my life and consciousness. It’s a nice place, with nice teachers and therapists where you can find everything that is needed learn the relationship between ancient knowledge and modern science. In my class we were from different parts of the world, so in this sense I also realize the different expectative and practices of Ayurveda in different countries. It also was a nice experience kwon a little bit more of yourself... you have so near the Gangaji, the nature, and the sadhus that at least you’ll be surprise from the mysticism of India.
We teach the ancient style of hatha yoga, vinyasa, ashtanga yoga full of yoga-asanas, pranayamas and much more.
