Yoga Anatomy is an important part of the training course of yoga. Right knowledge of Anatomy undoubtedly helps you to conduct or practice a class without any risk or injuries. In yoga, you can get to know about your ability to do a pose, or about the techniques that limit the ability of the body to do these poses. Moreover, the class of anatomy helps you to strengthen the classroom explanations, corrections of asanas and so on.


Yoga philosophy

Yoga means Union; it is one of the six darshans or systems of Indian Philosophy. The class of yoga philosophy introduced by looking into the deeper dimensions of the body, mind and soul. It will cover the history, concepts and basic philosophy of yoga. Also, it develops the balance and equanimity so as to live in ease and harmony. The class of yoga philosophy also covers the guidelines of personal observances and universal morality.

    There will be weekly excursions with Nirvana Yoga Sthal that includes activities such as river rafting, temple treks, trekking, Ganga Aarti, river meditation, heritage visits to Beatle ashram, trips to beautiful waterfalls, and beach outings.


    Being on the track rules for Yoga Honey Bees

    1. It is your duty to maintain the limits of yoga school, so keep in mind that alcohol or cigarettes should not be consumed.
    2. Discipline is of supreme importance, so, all students should maintain discipline in school as well as outside also. Any kind of misbehaviour with teachers, staff or other students will not be endurable and it will be assumed as a disrespect to rules and regulations and so a strict action will be taken against this. 
    3. Any scheduled program or class should not be skipped by the students except only in case of emergency. In case of emergency, you should inform the regarding teacher and take their permission for OFF.
    4. Every student should strictly follow the yogic diet as it is foryour good well-being. Further, you should understand the value of food and so notify in advance if you intend to forget a meal. It will prevent the wastage of food.
    5. Friends, Relatives or any Guest are not allowed to stay with the students. Also, the activities which are not related to the course is highly prohibited. You have spare time for gossips or personal discussion, so don't do this during the class.
    6. Be punctual! Students should always be in time for class. A Late entry in any class is not permitted. Further, follow the schedule strictly and attend all sessions and lectures.
    7. Make sure that the questions asked during the class should be related to the course only.
    8. Students are requested to maintain a yogic atmosphere. Also, the dress code should be followed by the students.
    9. Before the starting of the course, we request you to fulfill all the required formalities of the course. 
    10. Pay all the dues and return all library books before your departure from the school.
