Are study materials provided by you in your respective yoga course?

Yes! The books and manuals are included in the training programs. Also, yoga mats and other necessary kinds of stuff are included.

How is weather in Rishikesh round the year?

Weather of a place can be determined by its climate. Talking about the climate of Rishikesh, the winters are cold; summers are mild followed by a good rainfall in monsoon.

Is there is extra charge rather than training price for food & accommodation?

No! You need not to pay an extra charge for food and stay. They are included in respective training price.

What qualification is necessary in order to apply for the yoga course?

No qualification is necessary for registering a yoga course. Indeed, your dedication and sincere interest is needed to start your blissful journey of yoga.

What is your certification process?

On submitting the assignments and clearing the exams & other necessary requirements, students are certified by the certificates accredited with Yoga Alliance.

Can I bring mobile with me?

Yes! You can bring your mobile phones but put it in silent mode or keep in your room during ongoing class or lecture.

Which is the most convenient airport I should choose to fly?

New-Delhi is the most convenient airport for you to fly as it is closet to Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. From there, you can either board a flight to Jollygrant Airport, Dehradun or can also take a bus or train to Haridwar/Dehradun.

What should I bring with me?

Some of the basic necessary things like warm shawls for morning meditation, torch, sun block, alarm clock, comfy clothes. Clothes for yoga must be loose and in the material of cotton & lycra as cotton absorbs sweat and lycra is highly stretchable. Also, keep warm clothes with you such as jackets or pullovers.
